Upon receiving your flowers, you can gently bend and shape the stems to achieve your desired look — whether recreating the arrangement shown in the photo or styling it in a way that feels uniquely yours.

For a more customized fit, trim the stems with cutting pliers as needed. If placing the flowers in a transparent vase, we recommend sealing the cut ends with a glue gun for a polished, natural finish.

Although effort has been put into securing that the metal wire for the stem has been sealed, it is not guaranteed. If the metal wire is exposed to water, it can rust and leave a stain inside the bottom of a vase, regardless of material.

For the best aesthetic result, we suggest using colored or opaque vases to enhance the visual impact of your arrangement. 

Handle with care to avoid breakage of the leaves/flowerheads.

Regular Cleaning
Shake off dust frequently or wipe the flowers with a damp cloth to keep them looking fresh.

Avoid Direct Sunlight
Prolonged exposure to sunlight can fade the colors. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight or use UV protective sprays for artificial flowers.

We ship worldwide. The shipping fee will be added at checkout when you enter your address. Orders processed for Europe usually take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All orders which also include a pre-order marked item will be shipped when all pre-ordered items in the order are in stock.

While we hope your order meets your expectations, if you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
